Under the Law, if the veterinary-sanitary measures are taken, a permit shall be issued within 30 working days since the receipt of a respective appeal. If the issue of permit is denied, the legal entities and sole proprietors shall be notified in a written form within 30 working days since the receipt of an appeal on permit issue.
Under the Law, issue of the permit, its re-registration, issue of a permit copy, and cancellation of the permit are free.
